Here at The MCR Self Storage Co, we’re constantly trying to improve customer service standards across our whole operation. From the all important first-impressions right the way through to re-delivery of the customer’s Mobile Self-Storage Unit.
It’s usually the case that our ‘delivery service’ feedback result just pips the ‘customer service’ results to the post. After all, why wouldn’t it? We’re constantly saving our customers time and money. Anything over 90% for both means we’re on the right track.
This quarter, however, we’re delighted to report that the scores came in at 95.7% for Customer Service and a whopping 99.2% for our Delivery Service. Each and every member of staff can hold their heads high as this is the customer speaking.
As we’ve always said, we’re passionate about offering a simple mobile self-storage service, a local service and something that our own customers can see value in. This is music to our ears.
So what about next quarter? Time will tell…
